How do I start using SubRocky?

Is account creation free?
Yes. Opening an account is free and there is no monthly subscription for basic access.
What services can I pay for?
You can buy airtime, data bundles, electricity tokens, cable TV subscriptions, exam PIN services, SMS verification services, bulk SMS, and other related digital services.
How do I fund my wallet?
Your account can be funded through the platform flow using your dedicated Naira account details, supported payment paths, and approved wallet funding options available on the platform.
How does SMS verification work on SubRocky?
You can choose a supported SMS verification service, pay from your wallet, receive a temporary number, and wait for the one-time code inside the order flow. If a session expires without any code being received, the wallet refund rule for that service applies.
How does the referral bonus work?
When someone signs up with your referral code, the referral bonus is added to your bonus wallet in a locked state. It becomes available only after that referred user reaches the required amount in successful transactions within the allowed time window.
Can I move referral bonus straight to my main wallet immediately?
Not immediately. Locked referral bonus must first qualify based on the referral activity rule before it becomes available for transfer to your main wallet.
What if my referred user does not meet the required activity?
If the referred user does not complete the required successful transaction volume within the allowed period, that locked referral bonus will not unlock.
What if a transaction delays or fails?
Keep your transaction reference and contact support with the relevant details so the issue can be reviewed quickly. Refund handling depends on the service type and the final provider result.
